Your data is stored securely on our platform. Audit reports and uploaded labels are associated with your account and are not shared with other users.
4. Third-party services
We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe handles your card details — we never see or store them. We use third-party analysis services to analyse the labels you upload.
5. Your rights
You can delete your audits at any time from your dashboard. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Age information & privacy-by-design
VeriSupp uses a privacy-first age model. Adult users provide an age category (such as 25-34) rather than their exact date of birth — this is intentional data minimisation. Under-18 users must provide their date of birth because exact age is safety-critical for supplement dosing. Date of birth, when provided, is the authoritative age source and overrides any age category. The system never invents an exact age from an age category.
